Opening Times & Delivery
At Cable Monkey we want to keep our deliveries simple, prices low and offer schedules to suit all purposes.
- 1-3 Working Days - €14.86+VAT
- 3-7 Working Days - €7.59+VAT
We can also prepare your order for collection from our Dublin Trade Counter not all items listed as In Stock are held at our Dublin warehouse. If you choose this Trade Counter Collection method we will contact you as soon as possible to advise when goods are ready for collection time.
Deliveries are usually made by a courier service, which will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone will be available to check and sign for your goods.
If we do not have stock in our Dublin branch, we will generally ship direct from our head office in the UK. If you require the tiems urgently you may wish to double check on the situation of stock before placing the order as we are experiencing some delays on some items at the moment.
Please Note - We do not process orders at the weekend or over bank holidays. Any orders placed during these times are processed on the first working day for us.(or the first day back after the Bank Holiday). All deliveries, schedules and timescales are made on a ‘best endeavours’ basis, we cannot accept any liability or costs for late delivery of orders.
CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
Last despatch day for orders is Friday 20th December. We will be closed from 1pm 23rd December and will Re-open on Thursday 2nd January, online orders and enquiries will be processed on Thursday 2nd January , if there are any delays with orders from this day we will let you know otherwise shipping will commence as normal.
Any email enquiries will not be read or answered during the Christmas period but we will try our best to get back to everyone on 2nd January.
DURING DECEMBER THERE IS ALWAYS EXTRA STRAIN ON DELIVERY COURIERS, WHILE ALL ORDERS CONTINUE TO BE DESPATCHED ON TIME AND WITH ALL THE INTENTION OF ARRIVING WITHIN THE NEXT DAY TIME FRAME, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THIS SERVICE WITH THE SHEER VOLUME OF PARCELS BEING DELIVERED AND WEATHER CONDITIONS IN SOME AREAS BEING VOLATILE. PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING AND NOT GET ANGRY WITH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IF NOTIFIED OF A DELAY.
